How AVGAN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED stores and protects data obtained through the Amazon
Selling Partner API.
What we collect
- Listing and catalogue data — SKU, ASIN, title, price, status
- Inventory quantities, including FBA stock levels
- Order and settlement records for accounting and GST reconciliation
We do not request or store buyer personally identifiable information.
We hold no restricted-role access, so buyer names, addresses and contact details
are never retrieved.
How it is protected
- Transmitted only over TLS. No Amazon data is sent over unencrypted channels.
- Stored encrypted at rest on servers controlled by AVGAN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.
- Access limited to named staff who need it to deliver the service; access is
logged.
- Credentials and tokens are kept outside the application directory with
owner-only file permissions, never in source control.
- Retained only while the seller is a client. On termination or revocation,
data is deleted within 30 days, except records that Indian tax law requires
us to retain.
- Security incidents affecting Amazon data are reported to Amazon within 24
hours of discovery.
Revoking access
A seller may revoke authorization at any time in Seller Central under
Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps. Revocation immediately stops all
further data retrieval.
