What this integration does

Gshilp provides GST, VPOB and APOB services to Amazon India sellers, and an inventory and accounting system built on ERPNext. Sellers who use both currently re-key the same data twice — once in Seller Central, once in their books. This integration removes that duplication.

Catalogue sync — pull the seller's listings (SKU, ASIN, title, price) into their ERPNext item master.
Stock visibility — read FBA inventory levels so the seller sees Amazon stock alongside their own warehouse stock.
Order and settlement reconciliation — match Amazon orders and settlements to GST filings, so returns and fees are accounted correctly.
Own storefront — publish the same catalogue to the seller's own website, so they are not dependent on one channel.

Data we request, and why

Amazon Fulfillment	Read FBA inventory levels so stock figures are accurate across channels.
Inventory and Order Tracking	Read order and inventory status to reconcile sales against GST returns.

We do not request restricted (PII) roles. We do not read buyer names, addresses or contact details.
